Paris Hilton dressed as... well herself I guess for Halloween sporting a provactive prison costume. LA's top socialite was in Vegas last night to host the $20,000 costume contest at LAX. Hilton who served time for violating her DUI probation has vowed to help the world with her high profile "status," but I guess Paris didn't make any commitments to cover her skin or be a little more conservative ...
