One party wasn't enough for Paris Hilton 's boyfriend, Doug Reinhardt . While Paris threw him a bash last week in advance of his actual birthday on Thursday, the couple continued celebrating his 24th in Vegas this weekend - doing it up in typical over-the-top heiress style.
